welcome to 'The Rift'. This site is for anyone who likes
to program, design internet sites, or just generally
tinker about with something slightly more technical than
programming your video recorder (you just ask your 8 year
old brother). As this site is maintained by me, myself, and I and no one else. I will mainly concentrate on providing links to interesting snippets of information that a programmer may or may not find useful (depending on what there looking for). As the nature of the net is that anything and everything is available for your viewing pleasure (how to build your own nuclear bomb, the farmyard animal collection, and knitting for the elderly), I cannot accept any responsibility for any material displayed on other web sites. The Internet was designed for freedom of speech, and while is should remain that way, the nature of it means that pretty much anything goes.
